I’m 30 years old, currently pregnant with my first baby and am also a qualified naturopath with a deep passion for slow living, sustainability and holistic health. Life on our 8-acre property allows me to be immersed in nature every day, from tending to the garden and our cows, to watching the changing seasons unfold. I find inspiration in the simplicity and beauty of country living and I love creating content that captures these moments - weaving together wellness, a connection to the land and a more intentional way of life.
