I’m a mum, a slow-living advocate, and the voice behind my very intentional page on Instagram. One where I share the real and raw parts of motherhood. My page is dedicated to opening up honest conversations; the kind that aren’t always pretty, but always real. I believe in showing up as I am, in all the mess and magic that motherhood brings.

We started out travelling around Australia in our van, chasing sunsets and freedom. It was beautiful and expansive, but eventually, we felt a pull, a longing to root down and offer our daughter something more grounded. So we swapped wheels for stillness and moved into a tiny home in the rainforest. Life is slower now, and in many ways far more intentional. We're learning what it means to truly commit, to a place, to our values, and to the kind of childhood we want to create for our girl.

The way I mother is different from how I was raised. I’m unlearning, relearning, and choosing to raise my daughter with gentleness, presence, and truth. I share our journey not because I have it all figured out, but because I believe there’s power in vulnerability and in reminding each other we’re not alone.
